Service

We&rsquo;re visiting from Liverpool for the weekend, so we were not sure what to expected  but the Top Bank was a find. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. We had the house white wine which was really nice and they have a selection of cocktails. Service was lovely efficient but you didn&rsquo;t feel rushed. Only issue was it was fully booked the next night as I wanted to try more of the menu.

Came for my Mum&#39;s birthday and they made it very special staff were really friendly and really enjoyed our afternoon tea

Lovely service, lovely food. Should be clearer that it&#39;s in a (superb) retirement village, we&#39;re happy with that and will be back, but might not be for everyone

As always, good service and good food. Cranberry sauce, etc needed topping up. We were one of the last tables to leave but at no point did we feel rushed. Highly recommended.

Our server, Millie really went the extra mile and was so incredibly thorough with the order when we let her know that someone in the party had issues with dairy. Fab food, fab service and great atmosphere - will definitely go back

The food was beautiful although the chefs were miserable this was more than made up for by the fact that our server Jacks was simply amazing she was happy, polite, and funny and her customer service skills were simply above and beyond!

I&rsquo;ve been eating at Toby Horsforth for years and have never had a problem with any of the carvery meals there. The staff have always been professional so I can&rsquo;t knock anything at all.
